VECA Electric & Technologies, LLC has an opening for a part-time (20HR/week) Administrative Assistant in our Seattle Division Service Department. This position will report directly to the Service Department’s Associate Project Manager.

Position Requirements:
- Data entry/ job set-ups in company ticketing system for new service requests
- Pulls and tracks electrical permits
- Helps process and submit expenses/ receipts for team
- Tracks status of material and equipment requests (Xalt)
- Updates project files, and maintains intake and record keeping processes
- Fields inbound calls when Project Manager and Project Engineer are unavailable
- Maintains office equipment and supplies
- Occasional material delivery to job sites (company vehicle provided)
- Coordination and planning of quarterly, team-wide service meetings
General office errands as requested
