We are excited to announce that VECA is moving to a web-based, paperless pay stub service! This service will allow easy and quick access to your pay stubs, while eliminating the paper stubs that come to you in the mail every week.
Some of the features of the pay stub service:
- Your pay information is easy to access from any computer with Internet access.
- You will be able to receive an email notification when you receive your pay stub.
- You will have easy access to your past pay stubs back to April 2021, if applicable.
- Online pay stubs can be easily be emailed to accountants, lenders, etc.
- Pay stubs will be available earlier than waiting for the mail to come.
- W-2s will also be accessible on the site, but you’ll have to opt into that separately.
- Information you can change online: contact information, direct deposit and federal withholding on Form W-4.
Important information regarding this site
- This is a secure website. The company we selected uses SSL (secure socket layer) encryption and advanced password management to ensure protection and integrity of all pay stub information.
- You will be required to use a non-VECA email address to set up your account so that you can maintain access to your information at all times.
