Benefits Administrator / HR Generalist

VECA Electric & Technologies, LLC  has an immediate opening for a Benefits Administrator/HR Generalist. This position will be responsible for directing and planning the day-to-day operations of group benefits programs (health care, dental, vision, flexible spending plan, 401(k) plan and AFLAC). The benefits administrator will monitor benefits administration and will provide analytical and technical support in the delivery of the benefit programs. This position will also manage the employee maintenance files and will be a liaison for Certified Payroll and Affidavits. This position will also work in conjunction with HR & payroll for the processing of new hires and other HR general duties.
